Columbia is our third ingredient restaurant. Because college towns love them some ingredient restaurant, we knew Columbia was our next stop. As you walk in you’ll see the fresh ingredients. You are right there, one with the freshness.
We wanted to offer this crowd the same ingredients they’d find by going to a fine-dining atmosphere, only presented in a different atmosphere. We challenge you to dive into our oversized Asian Chicken Salad it comes with napa and bok chop cabbage, glass noodles, edamame, snow peas, red peppers, carrots, spicy cashews, Thai-glazed chicken with sesame ginger dressing, and topped with crispy wonton strips.
